Stopped in while traveling as the cold mornings made starting the bike difficult. The battery was replaced and we are on the way. Thanks to the service department for working us in.

It takes ALOT to impress me, but congratulations, Black Sheep HD...you did it! At any other dealership (of any type) I've ever been in, I couldn't wait to hurry up and get out of there. However, with Black Sheep...I didn't want to leave! The day I was there to buy my bike, it was really busy, but each fit specialist there (and most of finance and administration, as well) talked to me like I was their own customer and like I was the only one there. I have never experienced that before. The ladies in apparel were super sweet, friendly and hospitable to both my wife and I-asking us the right questions so that we could figure out what we needed and which size worked best for us. I don't even know where to begin about parts and service! Each one of them are incredible, took super good care of me and fit me with the right part and service time...and didn't try to gouge me. They even put up with my indecisiveness. :) Incredibly awesome just doesn't seem to be enough to describe this dealership and it's staff, but it's all I can come up with at the moment. Black Sheep Harley-Davidson...you guys are INCREDIBLY AWESOME! Thank you!

First ever visit to this location was better than I had hoped for and I usually have high expectations. I'll be taking the Rider Course when it resumes and am already on the waiting list. Talked to a couple of knowledgeable reps who didn't try at all to pressure me into more bike than I could handle and even ran some numbers to give me an idea about payment ranges. When I explained my reluctance toward debt I felt not the slightest pressure but was greeted with total understanding and felt appreciated as a customer. The entire shop is beautiful, spotlessly clean and staffed with professional people who represent the the business as well as the community in a way that makes me want to be a part of it.

Very nice place, highly recommend stopping buy, everyone i talked to was very helpful, We stoped by right at closing time and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful, Brandon even gave us a complete tour of the facility and complimentary cofee. Very impressed.

The sales and finance team were great to work with. It was a lengthy process but my husband loves his new motorcycle

The sales staff was very helpful. My wife and I purchased 2 new Softails. We met and received a thorough briefing from each department. All of our questions were answered before we left. As an added bonus, the pulled pork barbecue in the cafe was excellent.
